Sean Mathis has been involved with nursing homes since his childhood day when his mom served as an administrator and Director of Nurses. After graduating from law school, Sean worked for the Medicaid Fraud Unit of the Arkansas Attorney General's office where he served as the supervising attorney for the long term care section. His time at the Arkansas Attorney General's office offered him a unique perspective on nursing home litigation that he has used to help nursing home owners and operators navigate through tough litigation and regulatory matters. Recently, Sean obtained one of only six nursing home patient litigation defense verdicts in The State of Arkansas since 1999.
