Attorney Profiles

Frank "Skip" Skipper is a trial attorney and mediator with over 25 years of experience. He is a 1984 graduate of St. Mary's University School of Law, and started his law practice in Forth Worth, Texas as a trial attorney. He has practiced extensively in areas of commercial litigation, but also has a great deal of experience in products liability, toxic tort, and aviation related cases. Skip's practice now consists primarily of trial work on both sides of the docket in business, and personal injury litigation, as well as mediations. He is frequently selected as a mediator by court appointment and the parties and has an excellent record of successfully resolving issues the parties bring to the mediation.

Skip's hobbies primarily involve competitive rifle, pistol and sporting clays shooting, as well as photography, and musical performance.
